14-Day Return Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return/exchange. 

 

Eligibility for Returns:

 

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns are only accepted for items that are not final sale or non-returnable products (e.g., undergarments, clearance items, etc.).

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

 

1. Contact our customer service team at support@highendlife.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your Order Number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.

3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to send your item back.

 

Refund Process:

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved returns will be processed, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

Exchanges:

 

Exchanges are subject to availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the desired replacement product when submitting your return request and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
